ORDER POLICY
When placing an order with MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES through the website (www.bymosaic.ae), MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES will confirm receipt of your order by email outlining the details of your order (“Order Confirmation Email”). This email will serve as an agreement between MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES and the customer. The items noted within the email will be the items you can expect to be delivered.
All orders and purchases made through bymosaic.ae website operate under our Terms and Conditions of Use. These Terms may be modified or revised at any time without notice. By using this Website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of the Terms.
Services and prices for our products or services are subject to change without notice. The customer agrees that it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor changes to our website.
MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES shall not be responsible or liable to the customer or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of service. MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES reserves the right to limit the sales of their services or products to any person, without notice. Furthermore, MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES reserves the right to terminate accounts, block account access, refuse service, remove and/or edit content or cancel orders in MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES’ sole discretion.
MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES shall not be liable in the instance of any decline of authorization for any transaction from the customer’s bank resulting in any loss both directly or indirectly.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
MOSAIC aims to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate; however, errors may occur from time to time. If MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES discovers an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible via email. You will be given the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
If we do not receive a reply from you within 2 (two) working days, we will treat your order, with regards to the incorrectly priced item, as cancelled. MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES reserves the right to update prices displayed on the website, and once updated they cannot be claimed against an order that has already been confirmed or delivered.
MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES agrees to deliver the merchandise ordered by the customer only at the locations confirmed as the shipping address through the “Order Confirmation Email”.
All products purchased from www.bymosaic.ae are the customers’ responsibility once items have been picked up by the delivery courier.
All delivery times are estimates only and some products may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES cannot be held liable for any technical issues that cause delays to delivery.
Online orders are processed and shipped within 1 (one) to 2 (two) working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once any purchase is made through the website (www.bymosaic.ae), the customer agrees that the purchase has been made in accordance with these Terms. The confirmation will be sent electronically to the customer’s email address. Purchases may only be cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Please remember that all purchases are eventually subject to availability.
There may be occasions where products might run out of stock or are not available for reasons beyond the supplier’s control and in such cases, the customer will not be charged for products that are unavailable. The customer will only be charged for any replacement product from the available items or refunded in case the customer did not find a suitable replacement.
Unless otherwise notified, our “acceptance of your order” occurs when the customer receives a notification email to signify the shipment of the customer’s products. Acceptance will be confirmed at the sending of this email. In the case of the customer not receiving the notification of acceptance email in a timely manner, or not having received it at all for the time period stipulated in our order, the customer is advised to contact us.
MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES may not accept your offer to purchase if, and without limitation to:
- A product you have ordered is out of stock.
- A product is unavailable inside of the designated required time frame of order.
- We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by the customer at any time, and at our sole discretion.
Each of the products or services may be subject to further, specific Terms & Conditions in each of their descriptions, and we advise that you carefully read the specific description of each of the products or services before purchase. If there is any inconsistency between the specific terms of purchase relating to the products and the general Terms & Conditions of the order policy, the specific terms of the products will apply.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are processed for delivery upon order confirmation. Purchases made between Monday through Friday will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days within the UAE. Products ordered for delivery outside the UAE, will require approximately 7-10 days to reach their destination depending on the courier partner’s delivery timelines.
- Orders are delivered by MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES or by using a third-party courier.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be added at checkout.
- Delivery time within Dubai is normally within 24hrs
- Delivery to all other Emirates within the UAE will take up to 3 working days.
- Delivery charges within Dubai will have a fixed rate of AED 20 for all purchases.
- Delivery charges for all other Emirates within the UAE will have a fixed rate of AED 25 for all purchases.
MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES retains legal ownership of the products until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the products will immediately revert to us, only if payment is refunded to you.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. box numbers as shipments require a signature upon delivery. Certain out of range remote areas not covered by the courier network may be shipped by alternative mail partners that may have different delivery timelines.
If a package is undeliverable, You will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.
Please note that we are not accountable for any purchases that have been marked as delivered or if delivery is unsuccessful as result of no response from the customer, or due to incorrect shipping information.
We cannot be held responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges or for any loss of, or damages to products during shipping by a third-party courier.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order within 24 hours and receive a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow for a minimum of two weeks up to 45 days for the refund to be credited.
If home wrapping services orders are cancelled on the same day of agreed upon service provision, a cancellation fee of AED 50 will apply.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
We stand by the quality of our products but recognize that mistakes happen. If you receive an item which you believe is defective, please contact MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES at support@bymosaic.ae within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item.
If eligible for an exchange, the item will be checked, processed and exchanged accordingly. Kindly list the following in your email:
- Describe the problem / issue / defect (please attach supportive photos)
- Mention the date the item was received
MOASIC PACKAGING SERVICES team will respond within 48 hours to advise if you are eligible for an exchange or refund and will process the order accordingly.
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- The wrong product was sent by us
- The product was significantly defective
- The product was materially damaged in shipping
- The product was materially tampered with during transit
Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.
Our product portfolio may have limited quantities. If an item is returned for replacement and we do not have the same item available, an alternative will be offered. If no alternative is available or acceptable, a refund (see Return/Refund Policy) will be provided.
All Personalized Items are “FINAL SALE” and are not eligible for return or exchange.
For products that are purchased and subsequently a refund is claimed, they must be in original condition with the original packaging and all labels attached. Any products that appear to have been used, tampered with, damaged or altered in any way will be refused. The products must be returned to our warehouse before any refund can be issued.
