- Pre-booking will take priority over the same day bookings, however same day booking requests are always welcomed and will be accommodated based on availability.
- Service bookings must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Any urgent (same day) home service request will be accommodated based on our daily schedule. Same day requests are not guaranteed and will incur an additional charge of AED 50 if fulfilled.
- If the customer cancels the service booking on the same day of the booking, they will be charged a cancellation fee of AED 50.
- Currently we only ship to GCC countries through Al Theqa Delivery services.
- We only ship ready products; however gift-wrapping services are only available for local orders.
- Online payment in AED through the website, via all major credit or debit cards.
- We don’t accept cash on delivery.
- We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
- Loyalty points are part of our future plan. We will share more details on this once we finalize the loyalty program.
- We won’t be issuing gift certificates.
- Yes, we accept bulk order requests, either for ready products, customized gifts, or gift-wrapping services. Individuals and corporations are welcome to contact us on info@bymosaic.ae to discuss further details.
- Online orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days.
